Stage 01
Define the assignment
Capture the asset, location, service required, deadline, reporting standard and the question the work must answer.

- Output
- Confirmed scope and instruction
- Control
- Scope and conflict check
Use the same desk, field and specialist bench without handing over the whole programme. Start with a live assignment and scale line by line.
Task-based independent adjusting gives carriers, MGAs, self-insureds and other TPAs direct access to nationwide capability with a clear scope and reviewable work.
Operating procedure
Stage 01
Capture the asset, location, service required, deadline, reporting standard and the question the work must answer.
Stage 02
Match the work to a desk, field or technical practitioner with the relevant line and asset experience.
Stage 03
Inspect, investigate, appraise or analyse against the instruction, with evidence and exceptions made visible.
Stage 04
Return the completed task to the instructing examiner, or expand the scope where new facts require it and authority is given.
Module responsibilities
The bench is organised around the work: routine appraisal, complex property, heavy equipment, cargo, investigation and specialist support do not enter one general queue.
Lane 01
Investigation, review, coverage support and defined file tasks undertaken without transferring the programme.
Returns: a completed desk work product
Lane 02
Commercial, residential, CAT, flood, appraisal and technically supported inspections.
Returns: scope, estimate, photographs and report
Lane 03
Physical damage, total loss, heavy equipment, cargo disposition and scene work.
Returns: asset-specific findings and valuation
Lane 04
Statements, evidence, activity checks, forensic accounting and technical assignments.
Returns: the answer to the instructed question
Service controls
Reviewable at every handoff
The instruction names the service, deadline, deliverable and reporting route before work begins.
Line, asset, geography and complexity drive allocation rather than simple availability.
Report and photographs form part of the work product rather than detached extras.
If the file changes, the expanded scope returns for approval before the assignment changes.
What you receive
Each assignment returns evidence, findings and a clear conclusion against the original instruction.
Instruction
The question, scope, deadline and client reporting requirements.
Evidence
Photographs, statements, measurements, records and source material.
Findings
What the evidence establishes, including limitations and exceptions.
Recommendation
Next action, further expertise or closure position where requested.
