- Scope and advice boundary
Our general adjusters have spent decades with the underwriters who wrote the risk and the claims that followed. We put that judgement in front of the bind.
Pre-bind, post-bind, mid-term and renewal surveys produce a scored report, a recommendation register and evidence-led closure — then a portfolio view across the book.
Operating procedure
Stage 01
Receive the insured, risk, location, line, underwriting concern and client criteria; choose virtual or in-person deployment.
Stage 02
Coordinate access and examine the operation against the exposure: premises, fleet, work practices, controls and loss history as relevant.
Stage 03
Produce a scored, photographed report with an executive view and recommendations assigned a priority, owner and target date.
Stage 04
Chase evidence, re-inspect where required and show recurring exposures and completion across the portfolio.
Module responsibilities
The form and practitioner adapt to the line and occupancy; the reporting discipline remains consistent.

Service controls
Reviewable at every handoff
Survey forms are tailored by line and occupancy to the client’s underwriting guidelines and review needs.
The first page expresses the opinion of risk, material controls and actions for the underwriting decision.
Every action has a priority, owner, target date, status and evidence requirement.
The service recommends and evidences; it does not certify or enter work requiring an engineer’s stamp.
What you receive
The first page gives the position; the body shows the operation, exposure, controls and evidence behind it; the register keeps actions alive after issue.

Exposure & controls
Narrative of operations, line-specific exposures and control assessment.
